Dani Peer is an expert on business growth. He has been invited to work with many Australian top twenty financial planning dealer groups as well as the Financial Planning Association, Association of Financial Advisers and the Million Dollar Round Table. Dani has published articles on the topic and is currently producing a ten-part DVD series.

Under his brand The Peer Effect™ Dani delivers a range of relevant and practical business support services directly to financial advisers and to institutions and dealer groups seeking to enhance their support for financial advisors.

Dani’s strength is his ability to address current and pertinent issues in an engaging and entertaining manner. He is a sought-after presenter and is equally at home delivering a key-note address to an audience of a thousand or discussing tactics in a workshop of ten.

He has practical experience in key roles within the financial services sector having practiced as an accountant and financial advisor. Dani founded and managed a boutique funds management company prior to immigrating to Australia. He joined Zurich Financial Services in 2003 as its National Practice Manager and left in 2006 to join the AFS Group as Head of Strategic Development.

Dani is a certified workplace trainer and assessor, holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Accountancy degrees, an Advanced Diploma in Financial Services and the designation of Chartered Accountant.
